Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing is a mindfulness-based wellness practice, encouraging an immersive experience enabled by the presence of nature. One ‘bathes’ in the forest atmosphere by slowing down and engaging the senses.
Goroup walks take place in Barnes Common, West London, and other services are available upon request.

Forest in Mind started from a desire to heal and restore the self. Myself, to begin with. Like countless other human beings, I was going through a stage when life was overwhelming. As its demands were taking a toll on me, I came to find nature a trusted restorative companion and decided to train as a forest bathing guide… What began as my own need for health, soon started to benefit others too…
Forest in Mind is about how to be mindful in, and of nature. About connectedness and engagement with our surroundings in a way that promotes health and connects us... The practice can help anyone in various ways.
